Small canvas fan man from bright red painted wood pieces and a lime green colored canvas. The canvas is covered in silver writing in Dragon-speech that is hidden by a warding spell. The speech is only legible to the one wielding it.

Its text says: “Winds will gust, winds will blow, winds will weather, winds will grow. All that is built shall blow away”

This fan can be used to create a violent cloak of wind around the wielder that can deflect arrows, projectiles, and basic attacks completely for a small amount of time.
